We are feeling the loss of our two friends Tiny and ChiChi. They were so sweet and Momma just found out that they passed away. They are playing together at the Rainbow Bridge and we know that those two little angels are flying around as guardian angel pugs. They will be missed dearly.

Momma will post some new pics of us this weekend. It's been some time since she has put any up, and we have been begging her to do it!!!

Five weird things about me - Baxter:

1. I start crying every mornign at 4am for food.

2. My tongue hangs out the left side of my mouth...constantly

3. I refuse to go up the stairs when it is bed time. I sit and wait until my dad picks me up and carries me to bed.

4. I can dig an allergy or heartworm pill out of anything you stick it in to trick me into eating it.

5. I only play with the toys that I have gutted. Mom calls them my carcasses.

Five weird things about me - Herbie:

1. I won't get on the furniture unless mom or dad invites me up. They have to say "you're invited" and then touch me on the head before I jump up.

2. I pee on my brother sometimes.

3. I love, love, love cheese.

4. I eat parrot food that my birdy brother throws out of his cage.

5. I can swim with out a life vest (most pugs that I know of can't).

Hey everybody!! Herbie here. Fatty McGee is not allowed on the computer cause he's only three and I am gonna be six soon. Ha!! Momma told me to tell you not to worry bout us. We are okay, but Mom is very busy with work and school. She is busting her butt to get done with college so she can get a new job and makes mondo loads of moulah. At least that is what she said. I wonder if moulah is antyhing like pupperonis....oh well, we'll see. She promises to put some new pics of us up this weekend. Me and Fatty gave her a big smooch and told her she is the best Mom ever...and Dad's pretty cool too. I like to fight with him throught he blanket. I bite pretty hard too and Mom is always laughing cause Dad yells so loud!! :)

Okay, our mom has fallen off the blogger wagon lately. She is in school and so is our dad, and we said, "Mom, we know you are busy, but SERIOUSLY.....we need an update to send to our buds....GAH!!!"

Momma looked at our cute little faces and promised to update this weekend. She has some pics of us in our Halloween costumes, which I might add Baxter despises. I didn't mind so much, but man did Bubba get ticked.

Speaking of ticked: I woke dad up last night around 3 am to go out and potty. I peed and all and thought I was done, so I ran back inside. Well, here's the kicker. While dad was putting my leash away I pooed on the living room floor........and then I ate as much of it as I could before he saw me. I got it all in except one renegade turd that escaped my chompers and boy was dad mad!!! I tried to clean it up!!! I ran back up to bed and hid behind mommy. Bubba was scared too cause dad was yellin' and hollerin'. We both cuddled up behind mom on the bed and pretended to be asleep when dad came back to bed. He was okay this morning though. He took one look at my little sad face and smooched me. I knew it was all good then. Whew! I gotta be careful where I poo from now on.

Hey!! Sorry we haven't posted in a while. Mommy and Daddy have been very busy lately, but mommy promised to post some new pics tonight so you guys can see what we have been up to. It's just been the usual snoring, fartin, spraying mommy and daddy with snot, sleeping in the big bed and chowing on pupperonis. Just the same ol pug stuff.

Crazy pugs!!

We are doing well. I haven't peed in the house in 2 weeks!! My mom and dad are very proud of me. I have to go see the vet one more time to make sure my infection is gone, so everyone keep their fingers crossed for me!!! Baxter is still a pain in my behind. He wants to play constantly and I am more of a laid back kind of guy. I do play with him though. I have learned that when I am done playing, if I just ignore him....he goes away... I do love my little brother though. Mommy and daddy are making sure we stay cool in this hot weather. We go for walks to get our exercise in but as soon as we start panting too much we go home and get a nice cool ice water drink. Mommy is gonna post some pictures later tonight so you can see more of our cute puggy faces.

Baxter has been sick for over a day now. He has thrown up twice on the bed, he didn't eat all of his dinner last night and he didn't finish his breakfast thid morning. I took care of it for him though. Mom says I need some meat on my bones anyway, so I don't mind a little extra puggy food now and then. I hope he gets better soon though. He's my brother and I love him and I hope he feels better.

Hey guys. I'm going to the vet today. Since mommy and daddy officially adopted me they said I need the once over from Dr. Shenk to be sure I'm in tip-top shape. I've been licking my feet and scratching my ears so I might need an allergy shot. Last night me and Baxter got all natural bacon flavored bones to chew and MAN OH MAN were they good!! That's all I did all night was chew it. I can't wait for my next one, but mom says it was a special treat and we don't get them too often. Mommy says we have to watch our figures like she does.Hee-Hee.....

Pet store outing...

Well, Herbie had his first official outing since we got him. We took the boys to SuperPetz to get toys and goodies. I had Herbie's lead and J. had Baxter's. I was so impressed with Herbie-man. He didn't try to mark anything in the store. He was such a good boy! We were checking out and the lady behind me said, "Your dogs are so well-behaved." I smiled from ear to ear, "Why, thank you. They are the BEST BOYS."

Hey everybody. Me and Herbie are still sleepy this morning, but I though I'd say hi. Man, do we love to sleep in the big bed. It's great in the morning 'cause me and Herbie get to lay there and watch mom get ready for work. I usually fall asleep and snore really loud so mommy laughs at me while she'd doing her makeup. I think Herbie like the big bed even more than me....if that's possible. I like my brother now. I usually give him lots of kisses on his ears and cheek in the morning, just to tell him I like him. He kinda looks at me like I'm weird, but that's okay 'cause he likes kisses. He follows mommy around a lot. Last night she was doing laundry and ironing and he slept by her feet almost the whole time. I went up to check things out, but then I went back downstairs and snuggled with dad. He's my buddy. I couldn't be happier with the boys. They are getting along great and they aren't fighting, they sleep well together, they are even walking on their leashes better together. Herbie is such a good boy and I couldn't give him up now if I tried. It's always a little scary and nerve wracking getting a new dog. I think even more so, when they are already 5 and have some habits that are learned that need to be unlearned.

I think the key is love and attention though. Herbie has only been with us not even a week yet and already he is changing his bad habits. He doesn't mark as much outside anymore as we have been trying to cut down on that. Before, he freakin' peed on everything. A small flag in a front yard, a skid loader down at the construction area, our own air conditioning unit out back. Good grief, I had never seen a dog pee on so many things in one walk before. Baxter has never done that and it was a little strange for us. Herbie, though, is cutting down on it. All we have to say is No and he puts his leg down and walks away. We praise him big time when he takes a regular pee in the yard and he responds to it.

Again, love and attention is all it takes.

They are my best boys and I love them dearly.

Hey, it's me Herbie. I wanted to tell you all a little more about me. I'll be 5 soon, but in my heart I'm still a baby. I love to play and romp and sleep in the big bed. I can't fall asleep unless I have a toy though. It doesn't matter which one. Me and Baxter have about 30 of them so any one will do. My mommy and daddy got me from a super lady named Lisa and her fiancé Stephen. Lisa is the president of the Maryland Pug Rescue where I was being fostered. Mommy said she can tell how much I love Lisa 'cause I was loving on her when mommy picked me up in Maryland to take me to my forever home.

Once in a while I like to pee on a wall or something in the house, so mom got me these cool belly bands from this cool place and I really like them. They are comfortable and they stay on really good. It makes mommy and daddy happy, cause they don't have to worry about me peeing in the house. I hardly ever do it, but just in case. Once I learn not to do it, I won't have to wear it anymore. I can't wait.

I like my brother Baxter. He's cool, even though he's a little chubby and spoiled. I'm spoiled now too by mom and dad. They give me and Baxter lots of love and smooch us all the time. I love to be smooched, but Baxter always wiggles away. What a booger... :)

I just wanted to say hi and tell you how much I love my forever home. And I wanted to tell Lisa thank you for finding me a mommy and daddy.
